Your software does not comply with CPE standards, here is a list of what I have been able to observe.

1. Server claims support of one extension, then sends ExtEntries for 3 extensions.
2. If a client claims CPE Support, but zero extensions, the map will not send to the client.

Indeed, the CPE was added to the server in a very quick and drity fashion - just to make it work. I am going to implement the proper CPE support. Thank you for the information.
