Help!

This might be small and worthless but its complicated for me to figure out. I run a freebuild/lava survival and I don't know how to make a portal to the lava survival in the main. When I do /portal water multi then I set it to /g lava and it never works. I seen ismellike server have a portal to his lava survival. If someone will show me how I will appreciate it..

Try using that commad and place normal blocks in the portal for setting it, then /goto to you lava map and place a red block where you want the portal to bring the player. If you need me to come and show you just let me know.

Use "/lavaportal [block] multi" and click everywhere you want the portal to be; then, go to the lava map, and place a red block at spawn.

Thanks ismellike it worked.. But 1 more thing, say if someone makes a new map for lava survival and when it starts no lava comes.? Does he have to place magma somewhere?

No, you need to put the map in maps.txt and you need to enter the coordinates, enter the map, etc., but if you want to place the lava to start the game, then it works good, just use /ahl.
