Hmm? Norton blocking your server ports? A little funny because Windows Firewall blocked my ports before, so then I turned it off. But when I turned Windows Firewall on, I also had Symantec Endpoint Protection(by Norton) on monitor.

i use norton security suite full version
so will your servers be up?

Unfortunately no, not because of firewall, but other reasons.
