TP-Link portforwarding?

I just changed my router from linksys to TP-link WR740N and I did the same way on portforwarding when I still use linksys, but when I tried to use the ip address in ipconfig ipv4 address, I turn my server up, it says 'port 25565 is closed. It means noone can connect to your server' thing. Is that a bug or is my port isn't portforwarded? I used portforward.com. But also didn't work, also tried using youtube videos and googling it and ask people, but I still have the same message that my 25565 port is closed.

The port checker is not working 100%.
Just use http://portforward.com/help/portcheck.htm
