hello, just wanna ask, how do I get the "Lava Server: Online" thing as other people have? I tried anything but none works for me, plus if its a html code, what do i insert, example like

And how do I get the signature Like "Owner Of aBlockz" like ulti's ? Is it a html code? if it is, what so I use, example like

The only server status for MCD servers is on this site and minecraft.net.
You need to make a command that reads the status and get it on your website somehow.

Mine signature is:
