Does your internet IP change or your local network ip?

If its your internet IP (your public IP) u need to contact your ISP.
U can't change that.

My local ip stays the same, however the internet ip changes, I guess i'm stuck with it for now, since I'm not allowed to call my isp, nor will my parents do it. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
