/agree and /disagree o.o?

Hey Dzienny, maybe you can add a thing to /rules like, if no one types /rules and does not /agree (or reads and /disagrees) they can not build on the lava map and earn no exp/money.

This can help because most people don't read the rules but if they can't build they have to.

If they didn't read and tried to build or /disagreed it will say, Type /rules and read everything, if you agree type /agree.

Or maybe if they did /disagree have a whole separate map (jail) that they will automatically go and if someone uses /jail on someone.

I'll be really glad if this thing gets into the game.
