IRCBot.Say access.

I'm not sure if there's a specific reason why it is blocked from using in custom commands, but it would be pretty neat if we could use it as we could make the server send our GlobalChat custom commands to be seen on IRC aswell, we can also use it to welcome players that join to channel so making it act like a bot ect...

You can use "IRCBot.Say(string msg, bool opchat)".
