In fact, the command has been in the software ever since it has came out. Which means that it was in the MCLawl software.

Actually /ctf doesn't work properly, I have heard dzienny was going to add a CTF Mode in MCDzienny some time. I am hoping this response is valid. /CTF as I see for me does not work properly.
