Automatic Title on Join

I think this would be helpfull, when a player joins as a guest he gets the title "Guest" and same when players get promoted.

I think on the server properties there is a box that says Prefix then there is a prefix(title) that says Guest. Most likely there is no need for a title but that is still a good idea, but people should know the color codes that represent their ranks.

I will add an event to the API that will make it possible to code a plugin for this.
