Mini Map for Console

I was wondering (not sure if this idea is possible) if you can add like a mini map of the map.. Whenever you want to place a meteor, you can look for it on the map then use /place meteor 25 25 25 spam. And make it just like a picture of the map.. not really Minecraft where you can build or any sort of. More like.. you can click and drag to move the screen and use commands on it like /about with right click and look at the commands you can use on it.
