Can you add this feature to the zombie mode to?

No afk while voting and OP's can talk.

Also, another suggestion, can the /afk command be disabled when a player is muted?

Or at least have a cool-down timer.

and /me disabled when someone is temp-muted?

Don't forget wispher :p

On timed when you are muted / Afk is already disabled but /say isn't

By the way the /afk command can be already disabled. This feature was introduced some time ago. But you have to set it manually in Properties->Zombie->Extended->IsAfkDuringVoteAllowed
