Increased permission for home

Ok so on zombie servers everything is usually set up high so noone can abuse blocks against other people.

But then what if people want to make a map for us.

I was thinking maybe like if you do /home it has us set to a higher rank which can let the players do more but when they go back to zombie map they are demoted again.

Is there any way to do this?
