Upgoing Lava, IP-Range

I have a few suggastions.

First: IP-Range ban ability (i think its self explaining)
Second: There is creeping lava, and upgoing lava. I think it would be good if i can use normal upgoing lava, but if somebody get killed by it, you dont lose life. I think it would be good to lose one.

Don't bother posting suggestions, they won't be implented.
As for the lava, use creeping lava.
