Maybe you can add it so when someone tries to destroy a block they cant,
Message something like:
"<name> Placed this block down, ASK THEM TO MOVE IT!"

If they can't logically assume to contact the person that placed the block, their IQ is probably 0 or less, so they shouldn't be even playing Minecraft.
