Take in /clan (or set it up for a download)

I think the /clan thing WOULD be a good idea for many reasons.
1. Take out titles, replace them with clans.
2. Op+ can have the Op Clan, and if you can find glitches, you can make your clan Mod. That will help you fix small bugs.
3. Get clan XP every once and a while. Lets you get some extra XP from teammates who play on the server.
4. Have the server owner/console to control all the clans, to make sure nothing goes wrong or something.
5. Certain people can have them, rather than anyone making a 17 letter, spammed up title, even though (not sure) you might be able to change that.
6. Have clan CHAT. You talk to the clan, rather than the other people who aren't in the clan. Kind of like OpChat.

I kind of just want to have the /clan thing, not trying to force you to make this.

I might just try and make this cmd, but I will have to learn to code it.

My server has squads, the users themzelf came up with it.
Sort of a clan/guild idea.

They manage it themzelfs, there a few problems with unwanted users using there title's but thats a minimum.

In my opinion, this sounds like SimpleClans (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/simpleclans/) Which in Preimium is a fun plugin, but haven't seen it in classic. But I'd love to see this command thing in classic.
