Build Permission ignore commands

Using /place or /Draw cone will ignore the build permission and simply places the block(s). I've tested this with /prebuild nobody

Also using /mb I was able to place a block and it says the typical "cannot build here" and the block will be placed anyways, but when I click it, it will disappear and wont show the message (Maybe a virtual block?)

I couldn't replicate the problem. It's possible I fixed it some time ago The new version should be available soon.
