Enter/r wont work for people w/ low ranks

People on my server have been complaining because on zombie maps they set their spawn with "enter" then press "r" to go to that location it does not let them go there. I know that this is supposed to be on most zombie servers, but I don't want it on mine. This was not a problem on the last update. Is there a setting that I can switch?

You have to go to zombie settings and set allow hax to true.

The speed hack detection threshold default value was changed to 35. You can set it to for example 200 to allow Enter/r "teleporting". The setting can be found in Proporties->Zombies->SpeedHackDetectionThreshold . Generally the higher the value the less strict the limit is.
