/tempban /ban /kickban

All the commands above don't work,
I tempbanned a player, they managed to rejoin, I kickbanned A player they managed to join, And the I had to ip-ban then to get them to stop joining

Please tell me whats up with this ._.

You can rejoin after tempban after the timelimit thought.

I tempbanned a player for 60 minutes then 10 seconds later he rejoins, i kickban him but still he manages to come back. i finally ip banned him and it worked
