Port Forward Bug

Well at least I think this is a bug but sometimes its giving me the "Port is Closed" error message when it really is working fine and is ported...

hmm well they're listed the same on some servers but they're never run at the same time

If you close a server and open a other one it's possible that the port is still marked as used.
There is a small gap between marking it unused and it actually being used.
