For as long as I have been running this software, /vote hasnt been allowed on the console. I can't tell you what the errors are, but I'm pretty sure it'll be something about the /vote code has been set to ConsoleAccess:false.

Thank you for the info. It was fixed in the version 10.5.2.

This command used to work some time ago, before the chat filter was added.

Sorry about that, when I said "for as long as I have used it" it was because I started using this just before 9.0.0.0
