I'm not sure what it is. There should be an "Error location" message in server logs in the same time this error occured. Please, check what it says. It may help a lot.

I got this error also, but from a building command that I was trying to make; The locations of the blocks were set outside the map, check the commands used when this happened.
What a beast...
