Caps Letter Problem - /mymap (dis)allow

If I want to add someone to my map that has a Caps Letter in their name, it says their added, but they can't build. If I try to remove them it says they are not added. If I try to re-add them, it says they are added.
This is on the latest (10.1.4.0)
