9.0.2 | Death by lava/water + respawn prevention

I got a few maps with hot_lava in zombie mode.
When players get killed by the lava they repswan back into the lava due the respawn prevention.

Can you let the respawn protection ignore death by lava/water?

In the version 9.6+ all the commands, death blocks etc. bypass the hack detection.
