Maybe you could add the "stepped in cold water and froze" and "water is coming" sentences to textdata so we can edit.

Actually you can already change most of the text for this in the textdata file. Here's a short documentation:
14: "%5(right)Look out! Water is coming!!!"
15: " minute left to water flood!"
16: " minutes left to water flood"
17: " minute left to the end of water flood!"
18: " minutes left to the end of water flood"

But for the "step into water" you have to wait till the next update.
