Permanent Sponges

Permanent Sponges

Postby g0d01w4r99 » 28 Jun 2011, 07:17

I love the new update, however, having sponges disappear after a few seconds really servers no purpose what so ever IMO. Now that we can edit every single thing in the shop, I'm pretty sure making sponges permanent wouldn't hurt anyone, since they can now customize it to their needs. Oh, and I'm guessing Op+ or something like that have unlimited sponges? I bought 5 sponges, but even after I placed 5 I could still place extra sponges. Just thought I'd give a heads up.

Like I said, store is customizable now. You can make one sponge cost 200 gold coins. Now that wouldn't be so easy, now would it?

Area is small, they get little to no points if they stay there.

Idk, sponges that last for 3 seconds then disappear have no use what so ever to me. Dzienny, please re-think this. I'd love to see permanent sponges, or at least make permanent sponges for Op+ or something.

Yay, maybe like: Sponges hold back lava like 15 seconds, then they are fully soaked and lava can float again.
OPs got unlimited and permanent sponges, if possible.

Yeah, It probably is possible. Make a new block called psponge or something like that, then Op+ can use /psponge to place permanent sponges. Normal sponges (the sponges from the menu and the /sponge command) have a 15 second limit.
