Well since it seems like we all have problems with caps why not add this.
Or if possible add this as a *rule for chatfilter:

==> Detect uppercase letters automatically and when 3 or more letters adjacent to each other are capital letters, send a warning to the user.
==> 3 warnings = kick.

(Ignore spaces? I don't think it would hurt...unless You Write Like This Lol Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious )

Mine script removed all the caps if you had +5.
You can remove all the chatfilter stuff out of it and only let the caps filter in it.

I'm quite sure the current caps filter should work correctly. You can set 'max caps' field if you want to adjust the maximum number of caps that can appear in a message.
