I seen players using /outline every 5 seconds for about 2 minutes.
They arnt using it on a small area either.

Can you make a option to limit the commands in a timeframe? (like with the spam chat filter)

Agreed, I saw you posting this suggestions somewhere, and I think it's a good idea for the server.
