Auto Pause Round

When no one is online.. It stops the round until someone joins.

Ex. /kickall
(lava round stops countdown)
Spam [123.456.7.8] has joined the server.
(lava starts again)

[Ultima]

I don't see a benefit for this.

- It doesn't save you any money
- Players joining are in the middle of the lava or have little time to build

it could just restart the round then pause... and when someone joins then it unpauses and people have lots of time to build.
