Well in the text box instead of using ^ you should just press [enter]

When block is clicked, command will run.

I like the idea. I will implement it, although not sure when. It won't be the next release.

Other one:

When a vote for the map is going on, noone can talk, even not the Admin/OPS.
Make opchat so ops/admin can still talk in opchat.

It's already added to the oncoming release.
