Help in making commands

Hello, I just downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express, and I want to make my own command, but I don't know the steps to make it, like the

                                  {
                                  namespace MCDzienny

MS Visual C++ is of little use, you need Visual Studio C#to program custom commands for MCDzienny. But, before you start making any commands, first you have to learn how to write code in general. There's a nice video guide for C# Fundamentals: Development for Absolute Beginners. So, watch this series, write some simple code, then you will be able to understand a code of others, including MCDzienny commands structure.
