/xrestart and /xshutdown

Alright so i am requesting someone to make two commands for me. This is also in 800craft. When you use /shutdown you could specify when you want the server shutdown. Like if you did /shutdown 2h then the server will be shutdown in 2 hours. So goes with restart.

Well, I tried. It doesn't work. I don't know why. Have some cats instead.
I also wish there were functions for the server to shutdown or restart without notice or 20 seconds waiting time.
But here it is anyways.

I think I am the cause of that. I asked dzienny to create a /shutdown command. If you go back to around MCDzienny 7.0 there wasn't even a command to shutdown the server. No offense dzienny :P

So joppiesaus, If you want to shutdown immediately with no wait time just press the red x button of the window.

Hello Elisa202,

As far as your request I think that is a good idea and possible; can either base off function "restart time at: 12:00 PM" or use command arguments like:

Code: Select all
/shutdown [n]
n= time (secs)
----------------------------------------------
If n is left blank, default is 20 seconds.

[ an alternative(for the time being) is using Windows Task Scheduler as dzienny may be on vacation :)]

Sidenote:

I found this with random experimenting lol.

In Linux:
Code: Select all
Ctrl + shift + z
exit
exit
clear

Stops server immediately.

In Windows:
Either press x, or right click in tray and click shutdown.

I did it with shutdown, it would be really simple to redo it for restart, but unfortunately I'm lazy ;)
So if someone else wants to do it themselves, by all means, do it.
