This would be a cool command, but there are several issues: it only works on host server, that's where the dll is;and, it would be kind of useless(a command like this would be useful for an xwom client that's not responding - a command can't be executed on an unresponsive client).
If anyone wants to try this, you can try looking in the System.Runtime.InteropServices library. I worked with something like this for an ms-word application.
