I would appreciate a agree/disagree system, you basically have to primitively do /rules first, then do /agree, agreeing makes you access to full control of commands, /disagree tempbans you for 10 minutes.

Indeed.

And... What would agree or disagree make sense? Just like you install programs... You have to agree and "read" the rules to install your program.
The same is for classic servers. Everyone would agree, otherwise you can't do anything. It would not prevent griefers and such.

But... nice idea.
