Automatic Title on Join

I think I have seen this done before on some classic servers, but basically I want a player that has a certain rank to have a preset title. Like for example a player joins and his title is already set as: "[Guest] Username" Also when I rank someone up for that rank to have a preset title like: "[AwesomeRank] Username". I don't think this is the right section to post in but I didn't know which one, and this seemed the closest fit.

Also I just wanted to ask if mcforge custom plugins work the same with Dzienny? I tried and it didn't work. Is it possible to easily transfer them to work with Dzienny? because there were some pretty good ones that i can't find anywhere else and really want to use.

I don't think mcforge cmds work for mcdzienny... also if u want someone to have there rank as there title. You would need a cmd tht would both set the rank and the title. Or you could use cmd blocks? One cmd block to set the rank and the other to set the title.
