Mulitple Cmd Requests

A autoaward cmd, that i could use for cmd blocks. So i can have custom awards, so player can earn them from completing levels.
And a Temp Block Cmd.. A temp block cmd will be bought by a player and when placed will have a certain amount of seconds until it disapears.
If someone would make me these cmds, i would be very greatful.

Would you want it to place one block (their next block they place) which is temporary. Or is it a loop where all their blocks are temporary for a time period?

Cmd name temp block
/tempblock once used will make a message appear that Says "You can now place a block" the players next block after the message will be the temp block. The temp block should last 5-6 seconds then it disappears.The cmd will only allow the player to place on block. And could you make the player have to buy for a certain amount of money like 10 or something. or make a cooldown system on it or something.
