Cant buy ranks in store?

Operator-0(cannot buy)
Superop-0
Owner-0
When you are builder u can see the promotion in /shop more, same as advbuilder but when you get to the maximum rank that you bought, Superbuilder, it will stop appear unless you add another rank ahead of superbuilder or add a price to Operator.
builder-100
