I'm not quite sure what could be done to fix this, it definitely looks like your server can't connect to mc.net, your best hope is to see if Dzienny has any suggestions for you.

"Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted"
Are you using two or more servers? Maybe you have them on the same port and that can cause the problem I suppose.
