The latest WoM update changes its speed and jump to match Charged Miners and the client from minecraft.org

WoM can no longer be allowed.

Percy and I banned these two friends, one not being banned yet, saying they had the default WoM. I went into a skype with them, and he proved it to me. So I downloaded the default wom and tested it for myself, it definitely has a higher jump.

We've been banning people for a client that was allowed. Explains why there are so much hackers.



Is there a way to make it to where only certain versions of wom are allowed? or only xwom?

I thought wom has always had a higher than usual jump?

You could always put -hax in your motd

Unfortunately, only the server owners may set that.
I don't know if this is beyond possible.

No, you people don't understand, the DEFAULT jump, the wom with -hax +ophax -hacks disabled, has a default higher jump than xWoM and minecraft.net

When you type /client hacks off, th ejump goes to normal...

It has been a hack client, but only when allowed.

Now it allows the extra jump boost even when disallowed by motd.
