when i try going on remote console it says error: click for details i tried it and it said reload,details and ignore i tried them but didnt help

past 2 days ive been trying to get on the remote console but it says error:click for details i tried it and then it says details,reload,ignore i tried them but they dont help. details comes up with the java console

It may be that remote console uses Java 6 only. If you have java 7 just uninstall that(or disable temp).
