Demon's Custom Command Pack

I will be releasing a custom command pack soon with A LOT of commands, but the only command that is having trouble working is EMP. I could easily make a command that just has words to it, but i wanted to make it look like an actual EMP in the air.
So that is the only command that is having problems, the pack will be released rite after all of the errors are fixed. The pack won't be released any later than 8/28/12. If EMP still doesn't work by then it will just be taken out of the map pack.
