WHAT?!

I don't get this...I was on this site 2 days ago, or so, and I saw that there was a 7.6.8 download available, and I used the /update command on console and it only upgraded to 7.6.10.0. What is the difference between the two? Now I am also seeing on the server list that there is a 7.6.9 version out.. Which is the latest version?

7.7.0 is current up to date!

Well not every update gets to the main page. Especially small updates, or quick bug fixes are published only for the software in-built update system. I hope it's not a big problem since you can always just use the update command.
