downloadcommand & downloadmap URL list

This is a list for the commands you can download via the /downloadcommand command by Leeizazombie.
Then there's a list for the maps you can download via the /downloadmap command by qpqpqp123.

NOTE: When installing commands, it's smart to leave the "Cmd" at the front away, and leave it lower-case. Fore example: not /dlc CmdDelete URL but /dlc delete URL.
Post any working URLs for commands & maps for the list!

That's not the problem I meant:

p.money = p.money + giveme; // Can pass the integer limit, will throw an error and MCDzienny will break again
