Lava Map problom

Postby 94ge7j998 » 27 Oct 2011, 01:10

I have a server and Im having probloms transfering the maps to lava maps. I put them in the lava maps folder and when I went to enter the informaion from the map into the map.txt I save it and when i restart the server it dosent start up.

This is what i put in the maps.txt:
<Map name="Sphere" phase1="0" phase2="0" author="">
<Source block="ahl" x="0" y="63" z="0" type="" delay="0" />

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

This isn't really hard to fix. All you need to do is match up the level name in lava/maps

I don't really know everything but if you uploaded some screenshots i can help.

So the thing is inside your /maps folder you have a level named: [levelname].lvl

the letters in [levelname] needs to be exactly copied to

<Map name="levelname" phase1="0" phase2="0" author="">
<Source block="ahl" x="39" y="62" z="39" type="" delay="0" />
</Map>

HOW can you not have one?

Btw i don't mean the name 'levelname'
I mean the the name of your level!

In this case it would be "sphere" ?

ok well first of all make "Sphere" >>> 'sphere'

then if it doesn't work still change the x y z
(prefered co-ordinates here: 30, 50, 30)

Hope that helps! :D
