Lava levels higher than 20 ?

I still have many users on my server that still play lava. Server has been up from 2014, so many people are sitting at level 20. Can I make the server level higher in some way, so users could keep going up ?
It's hard to say who is really at the top as everyone is at level 20 now (my entire topten is at level 20)
Is this possible ?
