Sorry i'm kinda a "noob" with MCDzienny , and I was wondering how to edit server announcements?

Define announcements?
Do you mean how every few seconds a message shows up?

There are but two ways to do so:
1) Goto properties in the GUI. Look at this photo:


2) Use /tmessage, example: /tmessage 500 Hey (Every 500 seconds it will say Hey)
