How to make blocks have point values?

I was on an old popular MCDzienny server (Parkour Server) and i'm wondering how to make a block give player a coin value or title?

You can download a custom command called cmdblock happiness 2 in the custom commands section and use it like: /cmdblock new red give (player) 500 (You may have to make custom commands to be used in it to prevent multi-clicking)
