Okay, so this is How to be a good staff member not 'How to GET staff member ranking'.
1. Be polite to everyone.
2. Say "Welcome" every time a new member comes on.
3. Do NOT abuse your staff commands.
4. Be talkative to new players on the server to make them feel welcome.
5. Respect everyone (even if they are lower ranks than you).
6. Don't pick favorite members and make other members feel sad.
7. Don't build huge houses and take up half the map. (If your on lava survival)
8. Play on the server often.
