Well, I have a tutorial and follow my steps for you to actually make a server.
1. Go to http://mcdzienny.cba.pl/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2 and download 1.0.1.6.0 FULL VERSION!
Requirements:
Requires .NET Framework 3.5.
If your using Linux or MacOS then download Mono or else MCDzienny will not run properly and will malfunction.

Ok, we should open up the MCDziennyLava.exe or the MCDzienny.exe.
Time to set up your server, default ranks are below.
Guest - 0
Builder - 30
AdvBuilder - 50
Operator - 80
SuperOp - 100

Your default server name is below.
Minecraft Server(MCDzienny)
You can change it in the "Properties" file or IN console.

Now you might be wondering, why is your server not public?
Well you need to port forward.
If I am right, there is a URL that teaches you how to port forward and I will put it below.
http//www.portforward.com
You need to know your router IP as well.
Restart your server and if it's public, then horray!
HelloWorldCool has made a tutorial how to do a Static IP to never port forward again and it's useful if you successfully port forwarded and it took ages to do it and you don't want to do the process again.
