How do I add a server status?

I saw a topic on this in the Off-Topic section and I was just wondering how I'd be able to put one of the server statuses in my signature.

Alright, here is how you put a signature.
1. Go to User Control Panel (if you logged in).
2. Go to the "Profile" option.
3. Go to "Edit Signature" in the left.
4. Customize your signature.
5. Submit it!
Done, hope you enjoy your signature!

Actually the server status is signature is just a picture. I found out the code/source to it.

I found out where he found it and were the source came from. Sadly the website doesn't seem to work for me.
